Appointment Coordinator

Our Fraser Chrysler dealership in Oshawa is currently looking for an Appointment Coordinator. The Service Appointment Coordinator contributes to the service department's operational efficiency. He/she acts as the initial point of contact for service customers by answering all incoming appointment inquiries and conducts customer service follow up calls.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Answers incoming calls regarding service inquiries and accurately schedules appointments

·        Calls customers to confirm service appointments and reschedule missed appointments

·        Communicates any additional maintenance requirements to customers

·        Performs service follow up calls to clients to ensure satisfaction

·        Contacts customers to remind them when their vehicle is due for its next service appointment

·        Other duties as required

What we are looking for:

·        General knowledge of automotive systems, products and services

·        Ability to build and maintain good relationships with customers, exceeding their expectations

·        Previous customer service and/or Chrysler service advisor experience preferred

·        Excellent computer skills

·        Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing

·        Good organizational and time management skills

·        Ability to work independently or part of a team

·        Enthusiasm, energy and motivation

·        Ability to work under pressure
